Dynamics AX 2012 Entity Relationship Diagrams – ERD
Microsoft has finally published some 30 database entity relationship diagrams for Dynamics AX 2012, R2.
AX contains several thousand tables. It would be impossible to construct a single ERD that contains every table. And it is impossible to construct enough specialized ERDs that foresee every precise need of every partner developer. So each of the ERDs provided are designed to capture the core tables of each module and to also include some major tables from other related modules. In addition some minor compromises were made so that each ERD can fit onto one side of a standard sheet of paper when printed. This has been a long requested resource and will allow for faster response to questions and for writing custom developments.
